About Us

WebEffects is a community of friendly and creative professionals, an award-winning team of media specialists. Each member is a specialist in an aspect of modern marketing: design, programming, project management or strategy. To our clients, we are an outsourced digital marketing department. Our purpose is to get results.

Discover

We begin by listening, working with you to understand the challenges and opportunities of your project. What makes us different is our best structured web design process.

First, we organize a meeting, gathering all the requirements, goals, key audiences, features and brand attributes. Next, we check the key phrases for potential visitors. Then, we align these with the pages on your sitemap so we can get more visual. After creating the wireframe layouts of each page, we'll be able to show the placement of all elements. All this process is done with search engine optimization, visitors and future updates in mind. No matter what you'll, we'll make it easy for you to update.

Design

Now that the discovery phase is done, the next step is to work on the look and feel. WebEffects team designs mock-ups, presenting color palettes, font and image styles, always with your brand in mind. With the wireframes and mock-ups approved, the design starts to get in shape. You can see how a very good structure, each step is like a brick, on a very solid wall.

These phases, usually are the longest part of the process. For development and deployment, there is a clearer and shorter estimation. Organizing a powerful testing, WebEffects completes a full pre-launch checklist that ensures that everything is ready for the big launch. Once tested, the site is presented to our client, for review and approval. Everything's great? Wonderful! We update the DNS information and push the button. Now you're online, and an important presence with an important partner.

Responsive

Responsive web design is an innovative approach to website design and development. Essentially, your website is designed and programmed to be fully functional and usable on various screen sizes and devices.

Although responsive web design has been used for the last few years, 2012 was the year that the approach really gained momentum due to the increasing use of tablets and better smartphones. WebEffects has fully adopted responsive website design as the website design approach for now and the future. So either you prefer an already existent framework, similar to twitter bootstrap, or you want your site to have an original CSS code, we'll be ready to provide the expected result.

Mobile

If you want your site to fit in your pocket, it should be designed to fit properly. It's virtually impossible to make one site design that works well on both full-size browsers and on mobile devices.

However, if you build one site for full-size users and another for mobile devices, the site can automatically detect how your visitor is seeing the site, and then send them to the correct version. Mobile web design is about building another version of your site by adapting the design, content and features, or by using the responsive technology.
